Fall internship @ People magazine

People, a weekly 4-million circulation magazine that covers celebrities and human interest stories, seeks a college student for an editorial internship beginning immediately.

Tasks include reporting, fact checking, researching, writing, and general editorial tasks. The intern will work three days and 14-21 hours per week at the magazine's New York City office. The student must be able to receive credit for the internship, which will run until December.

Star Magazine, a 1.4 million-circulation entertainment magazine, is seeking an entry-level reporter to find and report the freshest celebrity news.

"The successful applicant will have a detailed knowledge and love of pop culture, an ability to make and keep sources, a good, snappy writing style, endless enthusiasm and a readiness to work all hours," the ad says. "He/she must be willing to travel at a moment's notice."
