  • Boston/New England: The Jewish Advocate, a weekly newspaper in Boston focused on the Jewish community, seeks freelancers. "Journalism experience and a connection to the local Jewish community is preferred, but not required," the ad states. "College students with experience at their school’s newspaper are encouraged to apply." Pay is $25 per story. Paid internship @ Cleveland Jewish News

The Cleveland Jewish News, a 12,000-circulation weekly newspaper covering the Cleveland Area's Jewish community, is offering paid summer internships.

Interns write feature stories and community news. They can also participate in the Cleveland Hillel Foundation Summer Internship Program, which will network them with other summer interns and the broader Cleveland community while they are working in Cleveland.
