Paid internship at D.C. television network

MHz Networks, an international television network headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area, is seeking two paid interns to assist its programming team in reviewing and previewing content for broadcast air.

"In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn what it takes to be a producer," according to the internship advertisement. "You'll work on various segments and shows in our Creative Services/Production Department. This internship is hands-on, requiring solid editing ability and general production know-how."

The internship runs from September through May and pays $10 per hour. Interns are expected to work at least 2-3 days a week, preferably for 4-6 hours per day. MHz is an independent, noncommercial television broadcaster delivering international, educational and arts programming.
