The Arnprior Chronicle-Guide, a 7,200-circulation weekly newspaper about 45 minutes west of Ottawa, seeks an entry-level reporter.

"This position requires an individual to cover general news stories, in-depth profiles on local personalities and community features," the ad states. Duties also include photography and pagination.

Journalism degree or equivalent work experience required. Knowledge of the Arnprior and West Carleton area an asset.
